Welcome Elaziah Flores!
Elaizah Flores has joined Clarity as our Senior Client Accountant, and her addition marks an important step in how we continue to support small businesses and nonprofits with clear, reliable financial systems.
Elaizah brings over 10 years of experience supporting growing businesses with accounting, financial reporting, and day-to-day financial operations. She has a steady, thoughtful approach and a gift for helping business owners move from uncertainty to clarity —understanding their numbers, staying organized, and building systems that support long-term, sustainable growth.
From the start, she has strengthened how we work behind the scenes. She brings care, consistency, and structure to our accounting work, allowing us to provide more proactive, reliable financial support to the organizations we serve.

For many years, Tina has led both the day-to-day accounting work and the broader vision of Clarity. With the addition of Elaizah, she is able to focus more fully on strategic leadership — supporting our team, guiding client strategy, and ensuring we continue to design organizational health into the businesses we serve.
This shift allows us to strengthen both areas: thoughtful, consistent financial operations and high-level strategic guidance.
