leadership coaching

Grow as a leader while navigating your organization’s biggest challenges

Whether you're leading a mission-driven nonprofit, an agency team, or a business, you're shaping your team, your culture, and your organization's future. Leadership is meaningful work—but it can also feel overwhelming or isolating when you're carrying so much responsibility.

We bring a wealth of experience and tools and provide a confidential space to process, think strategically, navigate complexity, and continue growing as a leader with the support of a trusted partner.

if this feels familiar, you're not alone

Leadership is stronger with perspective.

It's nearly impossible for one person to have every skill needed to lead effectively. That's why great leaders don't rely solely on their own experience; they seek out trusted perspectives and new tools that help them continue growing.

Whether you're navigating competing priorities, organizational change, board relationships, or team dynamics, we’re here to support you as you think strategically, work through challenges, and become an even more effective leader.

The conversations that move leaders forward.

Coaching works best when you're committed to growing. Together we might explore:

  • Finding a strategic way to approach a difficult conversation.

  • Working through a complex situation with no obvious answer.

  • Helping your team work together more effectively.

  • Building stronger relationships during periods of change.

  • Clarifying what deserves your attention right now.

  • The habits, perspectives, and skills that will help you lead more effectively over time.

Whatever brings you to coaching, the goal is to help you gain perspective, grow as a leader, and move forward with greater clarity and intention.

Best fit clients

Our leadership coaching may be a good fit if you answer “yes” to any of these questions:

  • Are you committed to growing as a leader, even when it means challenging yourself?

  • Do you care deeply about your work and want to become a more intentional, effective leader?

  • Are you stepping into a new level of leadership, navigating growth, or leading organizational change?

  • Are you looking for more clarity in your priorities, leadership, or the direction you're helping your organization move?

  • Is there tension in your team, structure, or priorities that you haven’t fully worked through?

  • Are you looking for space to step back, think clearly, and lead more intentionally?

We work well with directors, founders, and senior leaders who are committed to continuous growth. Coaching is a collaborative process, and the greatest transformation happens when you're open to learning, willing to reflect, and ready to lead with greater intention.

How we can work together

Rebecca brings over 20 years of nonprofit leadership experience, with a background in fundraising, governance, financial oversight, team development, and succession planning.

She also spent 15 years working closely with teams where communication, trust, and understanding how people operate under pressure were essential. Her experience facilitating team development and leadership growth shaped a deep foundation in emotional intelligence that continues to guide her work today.

She has led organizations through growth and complexity and understands how leadership challenges often show up through relationships —within teams, with boards, and in how leaders experience their role.

Rebecca’s coaching is grounded in curiosity, honest conversation, and thoughtful reflection. She creates a confidential, trusted space where leaders can examine what’s really happening, navigate challenges, and move forward with clarity, confidence, and impact.

Great leaders keep growing.

Your gut knows when you need support. If you're carrying a lot or working through something complex, coaching gives you the space to step back, gain perspective, and continue growing as the leader your organization needs.
