if this feels familiar, you're not alone

Leadership isn't meant to be a solo job.

Leadership asks a lot of you. You're balancing competing priorities, navigating board relationships, making decisions without obvious answers, and leading your team through change, all while keeping the organization moving forward.

The choices you make often carry real urgency, affecting your team, your culture, and your organization's future. But there isn't always time—or a trusted place—to step back, think strategically, and work through those decisions before the next one arrives.

Leadership coaching gives you a confidential space to reflect, gain perspective, and strengthen your leadership.

The conversations that move leaders forward.

Coaching works best when you're committed to growing. Together we might work through:

  • A conversation you've been avoiding.

  • A leadership decision with no obvious answer.

  • Team dynamics that aren't improving on their own.

  • Board relationships or organizational change.

  • Competing priorities that all feel important.

  • The habits, perspectives, and skills that will help you lead more effectively over time.

Whatever brings you to coaching, the goal isn't to hand you answers. It's to help you think more clearly, make confident decisions, and strengthen your leadership.

Best fit clients

Our leadership coaching may be a good fit if you answer “yes” to any of these questions:

  • Are you committed to growing as a leader, even when it means challenging yourself?

  • Do you care deeply about your work and want to become a more intentional, effective leader?

  • Are you stepping into a new level of leadership, navigating growth, or leading organizational change?

  • Do you want more clarity in your decisions, priorities, or direction?

  • Is there tension in your team, structure, or priorities that you haven’t fully worked through?

  • Are you looking for space to step back, think clearly, and lead more intentionally?

We work well with directors, founders, and senior leaders who are committed to continuous growth. Coaching is a collaborative process, and the greatest transformation happens when you're open to learning, willing to reflect, and ready to lead with greater intention.

How we can work together

Rebecca brings over 20 years of nonprofit leadership experience, with a background in fundraising, governance, financial oversight, team development, and succession planning.

She also spent 15 years working closely with teams where communication, trust, and understanding how people operate under pressure were essential. Her experience facilitating team development and leadership growth shaped a deep foundation in emotional intelligence that continues to guide her work today.

She has led organizations through growth and complexity and understands how leadership challenges often show up through relationships —within teams, with boards, and in how leaders experience their role.

Rebecca’s coaching is grounded in curiosity, honest conversation, and thoughtful reflection. She creates a confidential, trusted space where leaders can examine what’s really happening, navigate challenges, and move forward with clarity, confidence, and impact.

Great leaders keep growing.

Your gut knows when you need support. If you're carrying a lot or working through something complex, coaching gives you the space to think clearly, strengthen your leadership, and move forward with confidence.
