We’re supporting Mail Plus in hiring a Store Lead.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping day-to-day operations run smoothly.

This is a locally owned retail shipping business serving the Port Townsend community.

The team focuses on reliable service, clear communication, and creating a positive experience for every customer who walks through the door.

Role Overview

Part Time Position, with possibility to increase hours 

Pay: $23-$30, DOE 

Position Overview

The Store Lead is a key part of the Mail Plus customer experience, combining excellent customer service with strong day-to-day operational support. 

Mail Plus is a locally owned business with a loyal customer base. Customers return because they trust the service, appreciate the consistency, and value the personal relationships they’ve built over time. The Store Lead plays an essential role in continuing that experience—bringing a friendly, steady presence to the store and ensuring every customer interaction is handled with care.

Qualifications

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods 

  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy 

  • Reliable attendance and ability to maintain established business hours
